After graduating with a master’s degree in economics, Beate库特 started her career in the pharmaceutical industry in market research at Rhône-Poulenc-Rorer GmbH.

In the subsequent years she took over several management responsibilities, mainly in the field of sales and marketing, that enabled her to generate a vast range of experience as well as broad market knowledge for various indications.

Her 25+ years of experience in positions of responsibility mostly in small to mid-sized corporations make Beate the perfect fit to succeed Christian Kanzelmeyer.

安雅 brings over 20 years of experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry after studying food chemistry. Since 2010 she has served as 总规管事务主任 and joined the Executive 管理 Team in September 2018. Prior to that she was also responsible for different functions such as 药物警戒 and Quality 管理.

Today she is responsible for an international team of 20 colleagues, located over different locations in three countries.

弗兰克 began his career after completing his studies as a controller in an international group of companies. As the later 首席财务官 and managing director of a division of this group, he was responsible for corporate finance and the group structure with its legal entities for nine years and supported various locations in 德国y and the Czech Republic.

With over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, 控制和一般管理, 弗兰克 has been enriching the hameln pharma team as 首席财务官 and member of the Executive 管理 Team since August 2019.

After studying industrial engineering at the HTW in Saarbrücken, he worked in various industries in the field of supply chain management. Most recently in a management role at a leading manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).

With over 20 years of professional experience in the various areas of supply chain management, he took over as 首席供应链官 for Operations and Supply on 1 June 2023. At the same time, he became a member of the Executive 管理 Team.

In this position, he is primarily responsible for securing the global supply chains and for quality.

After graduating in pharmacology and chemistry from Sheffield University in the UK, 斯蒂芬。 was responsible for various therapeutic and consumer-oriented areas in regional and global marketing roles.

With more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and management in the pharmaceutical industry, 斯蒂芬。 originally came to hameln pharma as Managing Director in the United Kingdom and is now responsible for global sales and marketing activities as a member of the international management team.
